Emily’s Dash Foundation’s fundraising efforts are centered around education regarding bacterial meningitis, vaccines, and funding research, as well as providing scholarships to area students. Join us in our ongoing efforts to not only bring awareness to, but eradicate, this deadly disease. Donations can be made online or by mailing in a check.

Global Roadmap to Defeat Meningitis by 2030

Donated: $12,000

The World Health Organization’s roadmap is working towards three main goals: elimination of bacterial meningitis epidemics; reduction of cases of vaccine-preventable bacterial meningitis by 50% and deaths by 70%; reduction of disability and improvement of quality of life after meningitis due to any cause.

Brandywine YMCA GymCats Program

Donated: $5,000

To honor Emily’s involvement in the Brandywine Y’s GymCats program, a donation was made to help with renovations and expansion at the Gymnastics facilities to enhance opportunities for future GymCats.
